- We only provide technical service for brands for which we are official distributors and for products we sell.
- All repairs must be paid for in advance, except for existing customers.
- The minimum cost for technical support service includes 1 travel charge (depending on the area) + 1 hour of labor.
- For breakdowns, an initial inspection is carried out, and if the item cannot be repaired immediately, an estimated quote will be provided. Quotes are always estimates, as the number of hours and accessories needed for each repair can vary significantly.
