At DEIAX-AQUOS® we have more than 500 references in stock (water softening, purifiers, reverse osmosis, dispensing and ultraviolet) combined with a qualified technical service team and customer service with proven experience that cover the entire territory of Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, which allows us to adjust response times to the maximum and offer the best and most efficient service and quality in all phases of the process.
- We only offer technical service for the brands that we are official distributors and we do not offer technical service to brands or models of equipment that we do not sell.
- All repairs will be billed in advance (in cash, transfer or credit card), except existing customers (who have previously purchased our equipment).
- The minimum cost of the technical assistance service will be 1 trip (depending on the area) + 1 our of Labor. If you bring us and pick up the machine, the displacement is now.
- Machine repairs are made on a pre-scheduled basis and if it cannot be repaired, an estimated budget is made. Budgets are always estimates since the number of hours and accessories required for each repair can vary considerably. We billed based on the hours and the material required to carry out the repair.
- We also remind you that we offer preventive maintenance programs for residential, HORECA and industrial facilities, where you will benefit from preferential attention, consumables in stock and proactive monitoring of consumable changes and compliance with equipment manufacturers’ warranties.
